A recent survey reported that a staggering 48% of Canadians don’t have Wills. The importance of having an up-to-date, valid Will, along with Powers of Attorney, cannot be over-stated. Every capable adult over the age of 18 should have these invaluable documents regardless of what they own or how simple they think their affairs are.
